10th ANNUAL MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY CELABRATION Saturday, October 25, 2008 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

On Saturday, October 25, 2008, Daly City is celebrating its 10th consecutive celebration of Make a Difference Day. Volunteers are needed for several community projects. All volunteers are invited to the 12:00 Noon post-event barbecue at the City Hall Plaza and Rose Garden. This year, each City department will be present in the City Hall parking lot to provide customer service information and displays, including fire and police emergency response vehicles and equipment.

It is easy to be part of Make a Difference Day. Join us by completing the sign-up information below and selecting the project you would like to support (if you cannot register at the City’s website, please call or send an e-mail to sign-up). Please also print out and sign the release form below. Bring this release form with you to your project site. All minors under 18 years of age must have this form signed by a parent/legal guardian.
