Complete Rehab Loan

The City of Daly City provides:

• Loans up to $75,000 at 1% interest
• Full house inspections
• Work write-ups
• Assistance in selecting a contractor
• Other assistance, as needed, for the success of your project

Some limitations and clarifications of the Complete Rehab Loan include:

• All code deficiencies must be corrected
• No partial rehab is allowed
• General property improvements are limited to 40% of the loan
• Mobile homes eligible for all loans
