Restaurants and certain commercial retail/service providers may now offer outdoor retail operations to their customers. You must work with the City of Daly City to receive a permit for outdoor dining and retail on both private property (like a parking lot) or the public right-of-way (like a sidewalk). In order to offer outdoor dining and retail, you must also offer alternatives like take-out and/or delivery.
