COVID-19 Notice
Cities, counties, and school districts throughout the Bay Area are taking unprecedented measures to protect children from the threat of COVID-19 (Corona virus). Scott Morrow, MD, MPH, San Mateo County Health Officer, has advised that, "all non-essential gatherings should be canceled, postponed, or done remotely."
In the spirit of limiting non-essential gatherings, the Daly City Youth Basketball League is suspended. Any remaining practices are cancelled.

- Scoresheet (PDF) - Each team is required to have a scorekeeper to track points and fouls for both teams. Coaches can provide their own or you can print a copy.
- Team Code of Conduct (PDF) - Each team is required to submit a signed team code of conduct.
